Discount Tire

Thursday,early afternoon. Ordered tires online, got email that they were in at the Longmont shop. I was out of there in just under an hour waiting at the shop. I witnessed a very nice teaching moment when the older gentleman overseeing the customer service area praised his young customer service rep a nice compliment on helping another customer. Good leadership and teamwork which is a great example for the whole team, very nice to see.

I recently visited Discount Tire Longmont for a tire replacement, and I want to commend the entire team, particularly Kyle, for their outstanding performance. From the moment I walked in, I experienced top-notch customer service. Kyle and the team were not only knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. It's clear that they take pride in their work and prioritize creating a positive atmosphere for customers. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Discount Tire Longmont and commend the team for their commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. I highly recommend this store for anyone in need of tire services.

I’ve gone to Discount Tire for years. I’ve appreciated their costs and quick service. Having grown up with mechanically inclined men I know good service and I also know when fear is being used to make a sale. What I don’t appreciate is the gross tactics to try to get me to by new tires. I just bought a brand new car 6 months ago… so brand new tires & everything is good to go. Nowhere near the 50,000 mile mark the average tire takes before it needs to be replaced. I picked up a nail in one of the tires and went in to make an appointment to have that patched. While I was there I had my tire filled and he spent time trying to convince me my tires are worn out and I need to get new ones. When I told him I knew what he was doing he just stopped taking. If I didn’t know what I know I would think they had my best interest in mind, I would think I needed new tires. This is just the slimiest of sales tactics. I thought we were past this kind of thing but apparently Discount Tire encourages this behavior because I don’t know why their employees when engage that way. Just something to think about.

I tried to get an appointment online, but the soonest appointment was 15 days away. I had to go and wait in line at the store. The line moved quickly. The employees were all helping and moving efficiently through the line. I had a nail in my tire. It took two hours for them to get it done, but they told me that up front and texted me when it was done. It didn't cost me anything! Can't beat the service even when they are busy! We need a second one in town😁

Never been to a Discount Tire store, but they were recommended to me. The tires were all purchased online, so I just showed up and they got to work. I've never had tires put on quite that quickly. Further, they had plenty of very helpful staff working, both in reception and in the bays. And they have a free tire service, where they will check your tires and get them to the right pressure, all without the need to go in. Color me impressed.
